- All library staff have access to LSA committee folders on Poison, except for the Ways and Means folders, which involve dues and money (per Executive Council decision 8/18/11).
- LSA offers rides to retirees who wish to attend our major events (Holiday Potluck, May Tea and Gonzo). Please see the Rides page for more information. LSA Chair needs to make sure this position is filled.

Criteria for Assistance with non-LSA Events
- Event must be library-wide
- Monetary contributions of up to $25 will be considered
- Event must be during office hours
- Detailed proposal should be emailed to LSA Chair
- Executive Council must approve
- Social Committee can advise but is generally not available to work
on non-LSA events
