LSA promotes communication and a spirit of cooperation and fellowship among all library employees, and offers opportunities for educational and skill development through programs and service on Staff Association committees.

The Staff Association organizes three major events each year: a holiday potluck in December, a spring social and retirement recognition event in May, and a talent show (the infamous Gonzo Revue!) in June. Other events are arranged on an ad-hoc basis. Check the events link at left for upcoming and past LSA-sponsored events.

All library staff are members of this Association. The programs, events and other benefits are supported by annual dues of $6. We encourage all library staff to become dues-paying members. Dues may be paid to Pam DeLaittre, LSA Treasurer (6-1826), in Acquisitions, located on the first floor of the Knight Library.
