Congratulations:
MARILYN REAVES
Marilyn Reaves of Special Collections was the lucky winner of LSA's inaugural Dues Drive Raffle. Just one of many diligent dues payers this year, Marilyn paid her dues by the December 31st deadline and now has a $20 Duckstore gift certificate to show for it.
If you haven't yet paid your dues, Marcie at the Law Library and Manual or Beth in Purchasing at the Knight Library will happily accept your $6 payment.
On behalf of the LSA Ways & Means committee, thanks to all who have paid, and congratulations Marilyn!
Goodbye:
PAM DELAITTRE
What will you be doing after you leave the library?
Working one job instead of 2? — taking care of the farm, planting a big garden, doing some traveling, etc.
What was one of the best things you accomplished in your time here?
Made friends with the best people I know.
What will you miss most about the Libraries, campus or Eugene?
Just seeing friends every day. What I will not miss is the load of work that just gets heavier and heavier — with no respite and less and less people to do it.
What is the most exciting thing about the next step?
Just taking it.
Anything else you want to say?
We work with incredibly talented, artistic, intelligent people....this and the books I will miss most of all.
